Foot ‘n Mouth

Win has developed a taste for shoes lately, particularly Jared’s leather sandals. As soon as Win sees Jared’s sandals he gets a determined look on his face and makes a beeline across the room to them. He then begins vigorously chewing on them. If Jared’s sandals are not available or visible he will usually make his way over to any other sandal or shoe that is. In order to limit this gross habit we have been trying to remember to put our shoes away in the closet where he cannot get to them. Thus begins the age old parental ritual of protecting items from children and children from items.
