About 2 months ago Harriet was eating beets and said, "I wish that I was really little and I could sit in the pan of beets and just reach out and grab a beet and eat it." I took this picture planning on posting but hadn't gotten around to it until now.  After we chop up the beets we fill this 9 x 13 inch pan and use them on salads throughout the week.
