Hmmmm, guess everybody is making cutbacks.
That image can be found in the encyclopedia next "Kidnap Van". It would only be more seedy if it said "Candy Home Delivery" on the side.
That IS weird? I've never seen anything like that around here. Did you ask the delivery guy?
