It's official, Win has  loose tooth.  Today at swim lessons he jumped into the pool and somehow managed to knock his chin on the side.  He now has a wiggly bottom tooth.  I'm guessing that it'll fall out shortly and that a new one will grow in eventually.  But for now he has a very loose bottom tooth.
